Dental whitening doesn’t harm your teeth or remove enamel but your teeth may become more porous and sensitive in the process. It is imperative that you avoid coffee, sodas, red wine, cigarettes, and anything that can stain your teeth when you start your treatment and for 2 weeks after you finish.
