Fluoride Treatment

Cleanings are followed by a fluoride treatment, which will strengthen and re-mineralize your teeth, making them more resistant to acid erosion and decay. The fluoride is applied as either foam or a paste, which is applied to the teeth. The fluoride we use is safe and very well tolerated by infants, children and individuals with special needs. It is also proven to slow down, stop, and reverse cavity formation.

After your child’s treatment: Remember not to eat or drink anything for 30 minutes after your fluoride treatment to ensure that you get the full effect
